Pure Silk Pure Zari Handloom Kanchipuram Saree - Light Manthalir

This Kottadi saree from Tuhil’s Marabu collection -  a tribute to tradition and the enduring beauty of continuity.

Handwoven in fine mulberry silk with pure zari, the saree draws inspiration from a classic design associated with Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale, founder of Kalakshetra. Rendered in a timeless light Manthalir hue, the weave features traditional kattams (kottadi checks) adorned with delicate rudraksha motifs.The border carries a rettai pettu design with twin rows of vanki motifs, while the pallu unfolds with richly woven annam, mayil, elephants, valayal, thilakam, and salangai moggu motifs. The blouse is woven along with the saree is plain with the same borders.
